Give colleagues individual access
Workspace membership lets colleagues work on the same carrier records using their own accounts. Owners manage membership and billing. Individual access keeps future actions attributable to the person doing the review and avoids relying on a shared owner password.
Continue the same carrier history
A colleague searching by MC can arrive at the USDOT record already saved by another reviewer. Keeping the review on that existing carrier preserves its notes, monitoring state and evidence. Paused entries retain their history and can be reviewed before monitoring resumes.
Make handoffs actionable
Record the specific unresolved question, available sources and next owner. A change notification is not proof that somebody reviewed it. The person continuing the work should be able to distinguish a candidate, a completed decision and a review waiting on further information.
Choose capacity and review access
Plan limits apply to active monitored carriers and workspace members; compare the current limits on the pricing page before choosing a plan. Review membership when roles change. Public directories do not expose your private notes, watchlist or decisions, and exports should be shared only with appropriate recipients.
Example: a review across two shifts
- First reviewer: looks up the carrier, saves it as Needs review and notes the open question: the phone on the packet differs from the census phone.
- Handoff: the carrier waits in the team’s review list with that note and the name of the person who saved it.
- Second reviewer: signs in with their own account, opens the same record (a search by MC lands on it too), confirms the number with the carrier and saves Approved with a note.
- Afterwards: the decision history shows both steps, each with its reviewer and the evidence saved at the time.
What a workspace includes
- Members: two on Starter, five on Team, each with their own sign-in.
- Roles: owners invite and remove people and manage billing, and members review carriers.
- One record per carrier: USDOT and MC searches resolve to the same saved carrier, with its notes, decisions and certificates.
- Shared rules: owners can set qualification rules that every member sees on each carrier.
- Account controls: each person can review their active sign-ins and end other sessions.
Questions brokers ask
How many people can use one workspace?
Two members on Starter and five on Team.
How do I add a colleague?
An owner enters the colleague’s email address on the Team page and gets a private invitation link to send them. The colleague opens it and creates their own sign-in.
Can two people review the same carrier?
Yes. Both work on one saved record, and each decision shows who saved it.
Can other companies see our notes?
No. Notes, decisions and watchlists are private to your workspace.
What happens when someone leaves the team?
An owner removes their access. The decisions they saved stay in the history with their account email.
