How does signup work?
Create a workspace with your email and password, then complete secure checkout. The subscription activates after payment confirmation. No invitation or sales call is required.
What counts toward my limit?
Only active monitored carriers count toward the carrier limit. Pausing keeps the saved record and releases the slot. Each person with workspace membership, including the owner, counts toward the member limit.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing in your dashboard and choose Manage billing. You can cancel renewal, update a payment method and view invoices in your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. There is no annual commitment.
Are monitoring checks live?
Scheduled source checks run daily. Source publication delays and failed checks can affect freshness; the dashboard shows source dates and check status. Monitoring is not a guarantee that a filing change will be visible immediately.
Can I change plans?
Open Billing to upgrade or downgrade. Changes are prorated and take effect immediately after any required payment. Before downgrading, reduce your active carriers and members to the new plan’s limits.
