The report center lists every active carrier in your watchlist with its team decision, qualification result, recent changes and safety figures. Choose CSV or Excel and the file is prepared in the background while you keep working.

Filter down to the carriers that need attention
Filter by team decision, by qualification result, or by issue: unresolved reviews, authority changes, insurance changes, missing or stale sources and recent authority activation. A change window of 30, 90, 180 or 365 days sets how far back changes count.
Save the views your team uses
Name a set of filters and save it for the workspace. Any member can load a saved view and prepare the same report again next week.
What each row holds
Carrier, USDOT and MC number, city and state, team decision and notes, qualification result with the detail of each check, change flags for authority and insurance, safety rating, inspections, out-of-service rates, violations, crashes, power units, drivers, and the dates of the last review and the census source.
Example: a monthly review of 400 carriers
- Filter: set Issue to Unresolved reviews and the change window to Last 30 days.
- Prepare: choose Excel. The report is queued and appears under Recent reports when it is ready.
- Download: the file lists the 37 carriers waiting for a review, each with its qualification result and what changed.
- Work the list: open each carrier, review the change and save a decision.
Formats and limits
- Formats: CSV and Excel. USDOT and MC numbers are stored as text so they keep their exact digits.
- Scope: every active carrier in the watchlist, or the ones that match your filters.
- Queue: up to three reports can be prepared at a time in a workspace.
- Downloads: available for 24 hours to signed-in members of the workspace. Files include your private notes.
- Review records: each saved decision can also be downloaded from the carrier as a PDF review record.
