Give colleagues individual access
Workspace membership lets colleagues work on the same carrier records using their own accounts. Owners manage membership and billing. Individual access keeps future actions attributable to the person doing the review and avoids relying on a shared owner password.
Continue the same carrier history
A colleague searching by MC can arrive at the USDOT record already saved by another reviewer. Keeping the review on that existing carrier preserves its notes, monitoring state and evidence. Paused entries retain their history and can be reviewed before monitoring resumes.
Make handoffs actionable
Record the specific unresolved question, available sources and next owner. A change notification is not proof that somebody reviewed it. The person continuing the work should be able to distinguish a candidate, a completed decision and a review waiting on further information.
Choose capacity and review access
Plan limits apply to active monitored carriers and workspace members; compare the current limits on the pricing page before choosing a plan. Review membership when roles change. Public directories do not expose your private notes, watchlist or decisions, and exports should be shared only with appropriate recipients.
